What is Tumos?

Tumos means the energy of life itself. It is the rich essence that feels, the heart-mind of our core nature. The energy of our deepest longing. Longing takes us to knowing. Knowing takes us to the evolution of evolution - the capacity in human beings to discern how to simplify what is essential to their growth. This is the focus of this blog.
