Three phases of history

When one looks at the vast sweep of human history one sees three stages.

The first is the hunter gatherer and the early farmer.

Then, comes the age of the fulcrum and the lever. The evolution of science and the application of technology. In this period, the genetic cultural story of man tended to deplete resources and fight wars over trivialities – especially when immature leaders lead.

We are now on the brink of the 3rd age of man. It is founded on the idea of the fulcrum and the lever squared: the gryoscopic forces at the seat of black holes and the generation of great energy in the sun.

We now embark on a journey to embrace those forces and the evolution that represents is nothing short of extraordinary. There is a sure path now before us, paved on the firm collective decision to disenthral ourselves from the belief in scarcity and the needless habit of depletion it propagates.
