One might say the President or the Queen of England is the most famous person in the world. Or Michael Jackson. Or Mr Bean. Or Einstein. Or Mark Twain or Shakespeare or Buddha. Or Oscar Wilde.
But it is not fame that matters. That’s just pomp and circumstance. What matters is what you stand for. And if it’s not humanism – if you are secretly racist against black people or brown people or white people then you are the poorest of the poor, no matter what.
