I need an excellent UX designer and a web development project manager. The tasks are too big for the two of you. But we must start small. I need the best of the best. I will turn everything you believe upside down – and you will come to see with gratitude that I am right. I have no point to prove, but I cannot delay. I have a very gifted web developer. He needs your help and I trust him implicitly. Money is not an issue. Capacity to think sharper than any man before is implicated and expected.
