Implicit and implicate

I am not a lawyer but I understand the law implicitly and implicately. Understanding the difference between those two words matters.

Implicit means what is implied by what is witnessed or seen.

Implicately means what is inferred by the whole.

Both are important.

The same hold true for the hidden laws in the arts and the sciences and the deepest psychology of philosophy. Such things when wisely recognized set man apart, for good reason. That is not random.
